J.W. Pepper, the world's largest sheet music retailer, is seeking a Band Editor, a full time specialist in the school instrumental music market, to work in our corporate headquarters in Exton, PA. Candidates will need to demonstrate their ability to analyze music and build promotions to serve the diverse needs of school directors across all grade levels. Salary will be based on experience.
Review new publications for inclusion in promotions
Provide sales and marketing content for online and print promotions
Establish proactive communication with publishing industry partners
Seek opportunities to meet the needs of band directors
Support company needs in the area of band music

Composition and music editorial experience is a plus
