Looking for multiple "Assistant Directors" in all 50 states, as well as International positions, to help with the administration and execution of our online music instruction site, www.musicmastery.band.  See how college music majors are now assisting student musicians in band with asynchronous learning! MusicMastery.band serves the student population who cannot take private lessons, but need individualized instructional materials...revolutionizing online music instruction!

Position is perfect for a motivated band teacher or professional musician who wants to earn extra income on the side, work flexible hours, mainly specializing in some or all of the following areas:

• Build the www.musicmastery.band community of directors and students in your respective state/county/area.
• Learn/maintain/operate outward facing website and backend instruction website
• Manage instructor team communication.
• Provide consultation for leadership team in respect to educational quality/vision.
