Position Overview: The Director of Bands is a dynamic and experienced educator responsible for leading and overseeing the comprehensive band program at Rutgers Preparatory School. This role entails instructing and directing students in various bands and ensembles across the Lower School, Middle School, and Upper School, as well as advising extracurricular music groups. The Director of Bands will work to foster a love of music and nurture the musical talents of students in grades 4 through 12.
