Description:
The Juilliard School seeks applicants for violin faculty positions for the College Division, with potential for students in the Pre-College Division as well. Responsibilities include teaching weekly applied lessons, studio classes, possible chamber music coaching, and recruiting. The faculty position is also expected to attend annual auditions and juries, departmental meetings, student recitals, and participate actively in the school community.

Qualifications:
Artist faculty with significant national and international reputation as a teacher with a demonstrated track record of preparing exceptional young violinists for a career in music.
Significant professional experience as a performer, including performance experience as a soloist with orchestra, recitalist, and/or chamber musician.
Ability to attract and recruit talented students of the highest quality
Awareness of the field and ability to articulate a forward-looking and inclusive vision of artistry and professionalism as it pertains to conservatory student training.
